Pattie Dwyer-Walsh has been instructing and practicing yoga for over a decade. She has held workshops, classes and retreats locally and internationally. Pattie believes the practice of yoga can act as a filtration process for one’s life. Mental health is very important to her, she works from a place of integrating mindful movement with acute awareness.
She completed her 200-hour YTT with the Sivananda Centre in Kerala, India, received her 500-hour Advanced Sivananda YTT in Rudraprayag, India and completed 500-hour YTT based on the Ashtanga Life Program with Tina Pashumati James. Pattie continues to practice and instruct both mindful movement rooted in the hatha teachings and mindfulness meditation.
Pattie is also a writer and performing artist, she holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Lethbridge and a Visual and Performing Arts Diploma from Keyano College. She is a keynote speaker, group facilitator, award winning actor, playwright and instructor in the theatre world.
